Partway into a road trip, I started having problems with the wiring on my trailer. Stopped by Mirage Trailers this morning hoping to find someone who could help me, my wife, and two daughters get back on the road. Joe Olvera came out and gave of his time and expertise and did it with a smile. He truly went the extra mile, refusing anything in return. He wished us well and got us back on the road in no time. I purchased a mirage trailer less the 2 years ago and trailer side door hinges corroded so I couldn’t open door! Jacob at trailers and more was no help at all to me! So I called mirage and the had me email joe! He called me and said he was going to replace hinges, so I waited a couple weeks and heard nothing emailed him again and nothing waited another week and nothing!
If this is the way their customer service and quality and craftsmanship is I will buy elsewhere in the future!

These are good little trailers for their price, WARNING: make sure you lubricate the hinges if you have a little side door. I had to re-drill my hinge and put in some longer bolts to go all the way through the frame to make it more secure and sturdy, other than that I’m very happy and recommend buying these trailers. The salesman in Missoula Mr. Macarthur was very nice.
